Trading and Operations Team Biographies

Mark R. Schlarbaum - Director of Equity Trading
Mark R. Schlarbaum joined Global Capital Management, Inc. in the first quarter of 2007 to head the firms trading department. Most recently Mr. Schlarbaum was a Founding Partner of Schlarbaum Capital Management, LP where he co-managed a $50 million Equity long/short portfolio. There, he designed, executed and managed all trading of the funds equity and option positions and performed both technical and fundamental analysis on all firm holdings.

Prior to that, Mr. Schlarbaum was the Senior Equity Trader at T. Rowe Price & Associates, where he executed all trades and all option strategies for the New Horizons Fund, Health Science Fund and Developing Technology Fund with assets totaling $20 billion. In addition, he was responsible for managing the firm's IPO market as well as the execution of firm - wide options strategies across all the firm's funds.

Mr. Schlarbaum also served as a Senior Equity Trader for Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, and a Global Equity Trader for Marvin & Palmer and for Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management Inc.

Mark received his BA in Psychology/Economics from Purdue University in 1992.

Stefanos Tsitsios - Director of Operations
Stefanos Tsitsios is responsible for the daily implementation and execution of operational procedures for Global Capital Management, Inc. He brings an excellent track record spanning 13 years of Accounting, Investment and Operational experience. Mr. Tsitsios has had successful runs at first tier investment management companies, namely SEI Corporation, Miller Anderson & Sherrard LLP, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and most recently BlackRock Investment Management.

Mr. Tsitsios received a BS - Drexel University and MBA in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow of College of Business.

Andrew Jordan - Portfolio Administration
Andrew Jordan began his career with Global Capital Management in June 2005 working as an intern with both the portfolio administration and reconciliation team. In January 2006, Mr. Jordan joined the firm as a full time portfolio administrative associate responsible for portfolio accounting working closely with Mr. Tsitsios in GCM’s High Net Worth department. Mr. Jordan performs the daily maintenance on all Wachovia accounts.

Mr. Jordan graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business - B.A. Finance.

Brian Libby - Portfolio Administration
Brian Libby began his career with Global Capital Management in June 2005 as an intern with both the portfolio administration and reconciliation team. In May 2006, Mr. Libby joined the firm as a full time portfolio administrator responsible for portfolio accounting working closely with Mr. Tsitsios in GCM’s High Net Worth department. Mr. Libby serves as the primary operations contact for Bank of New York, Pershing, and Lockwood.

Mr. Libby graduated from Eastern University in 2006 -B.S. in Marketing.
