The 2026 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show in Orlando offers a once-in-a-century opportunity to network, learn, advance your career and celebrate 100 years of GCSAA. 

Attendees can look forward to events recognizing all that GCSAA members have accomplished and discussions, Power Hours and more that look ahead to the next 100 years of serving members, advancing professions and improving communities through the enjoyment, growth and vitality of the game of golf.

Here’s a day-by-day breakdown of highlights for this year’s events at the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show, including several special Centennial events and exhibits. Monday, Feb. 2

The GCSAA Golf Championships may be winding down on Monday, but the party is just getting started. Monday brings seminars and Power Hours you and your team won’t want to miss. 

Check out sessions on equipment management, leadership topics, environmental best management practices and more. This year’s Conference and Trade Show also offers several bilingual and Spanish-language panels.

Interactive facility tours at Bella Colina Golf, Hawks Landing Golf Club, Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club and other locations offer hands-on education right on the course. Topics covered range from equipment management to water use to the latest in turf management technology. 

Finish out Monday with the GCSAA Opening Session and Welcome Reception presented in partnership with Syngenta. The celebration of GCSAA’s 100th year kicks off with an afternoon filled with reflection and inspiration, followed by time to network and connect.

Tuesday, Feb. 3

Tuesday’s events kick off early with the Health in Action 5K/2K Presented by Syngenta at 7:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency. Get moving for a great cause in support of the GCSAA Foundation. Proceeds from the event directly benefit the foundation’s mission to promote advocacy, education and research in golf course management.

Seminars, Power Hours (including bilingual and Spanish-language options) and interactive facility tours continue Tuesday. Check out sessions on employee development and retention, financial management, and facility accessibility. Tours at Bay Hill Club and Lodge, Grande Lakes and Hawks Landing cover topics including environmental sustainability and tournament preparation.

Tuesday closes with a bang at the GCSAA Centennial Celebration at ICON Park starting at 6:30 p.m. Celebrate 100 years of GCSAA with friends and colleagues alongside 20 acres of dining, music and attractions. Join fellow GCSAA members and industry supporters for an unforgettable evening of connection and celebration reflecting GCSAA’s past, present and future.

Wednesday, Feb. 4

Wednesday brings the opening of the trade show floor, including a number of extra attractions in addition to great products and demonstrations from industry partners and exhibitors. The GCSAA Wellness Pavilion offers free on-site health screenings and space to decompress during this busy week. The Syngenta MyWellbeing Mobile Wellness Unit will offer free skin cancer screenings and wellness checkups, including blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose and A1C. Get free certified sun protection resources from Farwell, presented in partnership with UV Skins. Wellness with a Purpose presented in partnership with K9s for Warriors, the nation’s largest provider of trained service dogs for veterans living with service-related trauma, will offer a four-legged mental wellness break. Additional mental health resources are presented in partnership with Revive Health.

The GCSAA Centennial Exhibit, located on the trade show floor, allows you to take a trip through time and get an up-close look at 100 years of GCSAA history. A timeline and themed displays provide insight into the programs and services that have helped superintendents and their teams keep the game on course for the last century.

Leading Turf Together returns to the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show to celebrate diversity in the turf industry and discuss how to build on a century of progress. Join your colleagues afterward for a networking happy hour or check out the Equipment Manager Career Achievement Reception to connect with peers and congratulate new CTEMs.

Thursday, Feb. 5

The GCSAA Annual Meeting kicks off events on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. Events and demonstrations on the trade show floor continue throughout the day, including several giveaways and drawings. GCSAA’s Government Affairs team will share the state of policy and politics going into 2026, with CEO Rhett Evans recognizing the 2026 Excellence in Government Affairs Award winner, Kevin Komer, CGCS. 

The GCSAA Closing Session from 1:15-2:30 p.m. celebrates a successful week of learning, networking and celebration, including an introduction to GCSAA’s newly elected Board of Directors and the recognition of the winners of the Collegiate Turf Bowl Competition. Following the closing session, stick around for the Closing Event from 2:30-4 p.m. featuring motivational speaker and growth mindset expert Ricky Kalmon.
