He will receive $24,000 total — $12,000 in fall 2018 and $12,000 in fall 2019. The award is funded by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation and administered by the Environmental Institute for Golf, the philanthropic organization of GCSAA.
Founded in 1932, the Royal Spanish Golf Federation created the two-year scholarship program to fund the education of individuals from Spain who are pursuing turfgrass management degrees at Michigan State University.
